International data transfers
Data may occasionally be processed by service providers located outside Brazil. In such cases, we ensure that the transfer occurs to countries with an adequate level of protection or through specific contractual clauses, in accordance with Art. 33 of the LGPD.
Security incidents
In the event of a security incident that may cause relevant risk or damage to data subjects, we will notify the ANPD and affected parties within the legal timeframe, with information about the nature of the data involved, the risks and the measures taken.
